SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is via Royal Mail in the UK, choose from a tracked 1st or 2nd class service. Please contact me should you require Next Day delivery or for international shipping.
All packaging is recyclable and larger size boxes have been reused from a previous life.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS:
If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me for a resolution. Most pieces can be returned at your cost and a refund of the piece less the initial shipping cost, will be issued upon safe receipt of the piece without damage.

EXCHANGES:
Please contact me if you would like an exchange.

Exchanges are only possible on pieces that are ready made
and not for commissioned pieces, unless we have agreed in advance otherwise.
If you wish to exchange a piece, it will be to the value of the piece and shipping,
however if it costs more than the original shipping cost to send out,
you will have to bear the difference in the price.
You will be responsible for the cost of safely returning the piece for exchange.
No exchange will be made if the piece is received broken or damaged.
